We didn’t even interview other candidates because I already knew how trustworthy, responsive, detail-oriented and empathetic Kimberly is. She exhibited all of those skills during our home search. When visiting homes, she had already researched comps in the area that she shared with us as we looked at homes to understand whether they were under or over priced. She also really went out of her way to make my spouse feel very comfortable with her and the process (since my spouse did not previously know her).
